5.0 out of 5.0

My husband and I take all our vehicles to this location, they have always been swift and professional. Today we had Michael smith and he was very professional and knowledgeable and very honest. Earlier today I went to the Clayton location and was told that I had an oil leak so bad that not only would they not give me an oil change but if they put oil in, it would immediately dump out. I pointed out that if that was the case then wouldn’t I have essentially no oil, they said I needed to get the engine looked at and I maybe had a gasket leak. Well, my husband came home and found that there was a very small oil leak but there was a front differential leak that was causing all that mess under the hood. I was refused an oil change at the Clayton location and that solidified that we will only come to the knightdale location even though it’s twice the distance. Michael smith both verified where the leaks were and the difference and apologized for my experience at the other location. He’s fantastic and I recommend everyone come and ask for him.
