Received $15 coupon by email, tech at facility said scanning the code didn't work and they had already given enough discounts for the day and couldn't honor my email. Ask for the manager and no response. I had a choice to go to Strickland Brothers for an oil change and they do honor the email codes. Unfortunately, my wife and I will not visit any Valvoline stores in the future.
