I got my Jeep Wrangler inspected at the Valvoline Arden location on 12/5/2025. After multiple tries, over a month later, I still wasn’t able to renew my registration online. After a call to DMV, I was informed that the inspection was never submitted into their system from Valvoline. I repeatedly called the Arden location, never once getting through to them. I decided to call the Mills River location. I spoke with Jeremy, the service department manager, and explained my situation. Jeremy was super apologetic and entered my inspection information into DMV’s website while on the phone with me. He went above and beyond to help me with a situation that didn’t even occur at his location. From now on, I will be driving the extra distance to the Mills River location when I need my Jeep serviced/inspected. Thank you, Jeremy! The Arden location could learn a lot from you.
