CSR Tavaris (outside) did not mention that I had an oil leak. Sadly, when I got home, I read the Noted Comment at bottom which says: I have a SEVERE engine oil leak!! I feel this is absolutely unactable. He stayed on the bottom side most of the time, which I've never seen before at Valvoline while getting an oil change. I go there on a regular basis because I worked with Ashland Inc for 18 yrs, here in Charlotte and always admired everything they stood for. Perhaps too much turnover! I hardly ever the same people! Sad to see.

I had a poor experience with another national chain oil change shop. While it took that unfortunate experience to give my local Valvoline a shot, I cannot emphasize enough the difference between the two shops! The Valvoline was clean, the staff allowed me to watch the process, explained what was going on and now that I have been there a couple of times, they call me by name. It isn't always about the price, it is about the experience and feeling like a valued customer, not just another stop, drain, fill and roll. The staff has always been courteous, and for the most part, even laughing and enjoying their job (which may be the benefit of coming in early before the day wears on them, but the fact they start that way makes it a joy to stop).

The new manager at this location was great. This locations had previously never had my oil in stock so I always have to purchase it before coming. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Liam for going above and beyond service my car on 3/22/24. We needed a new battery that had to be ordered, upon the delivery Liam called to tell us to come in anytime for installation. Since it was a Ford Escape 2018 model, Liam basically had to take the engine compartment apart to get to it, took about 30 min of his time to install due to the make of this model. Liam put the car back together and made sure everything was working properly. I was so happy with the service rendered. I was so pleased with the service, professionalism and courtesy. The Harter family will be valvoline customers now and in the future
