I came in for an oil change with a coupon they had sent me, but they refused to honor it. When I realized I could pay essentially the same price somewhere else and get more for my money, I told them I would take my vehicle elsewhere.That’s when I was suddenly told there was no oil in my vehicle. This was never mentioned before I declined the service. Because that immediately made me uncomfortable, I left and took my vehicle to another shop, where they checked it and confirmed there was oil in it.The timing of that claim was extremely concerning to me. If there was genuinely no oil in my vehicle, I would have expected that to be brought to my attention immediately—not only after I decided not to give them my business. I came in expecting honest, straightforward service and left feeling like I had to go somewhere else just to verify what I was being told. I will not be returning.
