First of all I couldn't hardly understand what he was saying. I've been to this location NUMEROUS times and have never felt this uncomfortable with the service. When I got ready to leave, the person up top motioned me to move, the person underneath the person underneath started yelling. I heard something drop underneath and they were talking to each other, again, I had a hard time understanding what they were saying. They scampered around looking for something. I waited a few minutes then they said it was ok to leave. I'm still not sure what happened I also asked for a mileage sticker and a paper receipt and never received either. I've always been satisfied with the service here but not this time.
