Really long line to get in and several of the workers were outside either on the phone or talking to other people in the parking lot. The manager wasn't necessarily "friendly" but seems like it was due to the employees not working. Once they got to working on my car, the work was performed pretty quickly. No other issues.

They need to put a sign to direct cars to the correct bay for inspections. I pulled up and then had to back up and get back in line. The staff was not friendly.
