Drove into the bay and waited almost 15 minutes while they were working on another vehicle. No one explained the wait beforehand or even acknowledged us. They were working on a process not a fix so they should have been aware of the timing and given us a heads up. They did not do any of the light, blinker, brake light, filter or fluid checks. I asked them to check the air pressure in my tires as we just returned from s no long trip. That was ok. They didn’t even look at the odometer to check the oil pressure once it was added. Maybe we don’t get those services anymore. The price was $108 plus tax for an oil change and I had a 20% off coupon. It seems to be much more expensive for a lot less service. Thanks for listening!

It's super easy and convenient. I can't say the staff look or dress like the folks in the picture on the background of this survey, but they were all cordial and professional. I wonder if the local shop requires staff to buy their own uniforms. If so, that may be a hindrance. But otherwise, it's always been a positive experience.
