Went in for an inspection and oil change on Monday of used car we just bought Saturday. Was happy to do the filter exchanges, upgraded oil, because we wanted to ensure car was fresh and ready to go. Was told it'd be about 45 mins, walked over to restaurant for a quick bite, was there about an hour, then proceeded to wait another hour in the lobby of the location. When finally completed, was told the air filter and cabin filters weren't in stock, to pay for them while we were there and return the next morning and they'd swap them out. Returned the next morning, no filters, no one had any idea what I was talking about. They looked them up, saw I was right, called "storage" and said they'd be there in 15 minutes. Left my number to run other errands to return promptly.........called 8 HOURS later. Couldn't return wednesday, when I arrived Thursday, workers knew who I was and why I was there....waited another hour. No offer of discounts off big bill that i had zero issue paying, for multiple inconveniences or poor service. Have taken multiple company vehicles and personal vehicles there prior, this experience was so bad with zero offer of making it right, I'll be going to Jiffy Lube or other vendors next time for 2 personal vehicles and 3 company vehicles

New manager here is a complete joke. My wife had an oil change November 18th at this location (full synthetic, that's why we are just getting around to getting another change). Someone must've made a mistake in writing her VIN down, because are trying to tell us we didn't come there and that unless we can produce a 6 month old receipt, "it never happened". They damaged our oil pan and we've been quoted $600+ to repair their mistake. Conveniently, the time they break something, they have no record of us being there.
On top of all that, this "manager" was talking over me, calling me a liar, rude, and nasty... Ended the call by telling me I was no longer welcome at their store. Go ANYWHERE else in town. Rivertowne Tire and Auto, Black's Tire and Auto, please choose anywhere else than Valvoline. They don't care about you, will break your vehicle and lie about it.
