I struggled to get out of my vehicle. Two staff members rushed out to help me and were very friendly. My oil change (& options) were explained with the charges. My filter was filthy and I was given options with prices. My vehicle was ready very quickly and the car wash given (as explained previous to oil change) was exceptional. The property, garage, tools & equipment, and staff were unusually clean and neat. My dad had a mechanical garage years ago, so I know the dedication and care it takes to be that organized. I admit, I played the dumb little woman to see if I would be sold more than what I needed. Surprisingly, I was not. I appreciate the honest and care all the staff showed me. I will definitely be returning and have suggested this Valvoline store to two coworkers and a guest at the hotel I work at in a nearby town.
