I came in wanting an inspection and oil change. To my surprise my back brake light was out. I had the bulb in my glovebox but no clue how to change it. I was informed to install the light they would charge me $10 and they could not tell me how to do it myself. I drove to the O’Reillys around the corner where they provided me the customer service and information I needed at no fee. The staff at this location turns over constantly. This was the first time I felt as a customer I was being nickel and dimed to death, customer service from Valvoline is dead. You have gone through more managers and staff than any business around. I don’t know what you do to your employees but I’m starting to feel I should take my business somewhere else

I'm sorry, but the price you are charging for an oil change is obscene. I would have left if I would have known since you're the most expensive in the area by far, but I was too far in at that point. Definitely won't be returning, will either do it myself for 1/4 of the price or go ANYWHERE else for at least 40 dollars less.
