EXCELLENT customer service! Justin H. met me immediately as I pulled up for service. I had a Groupon for an oil change and I needed an inspection. He told me that he would be with me in several minutes and I waited less. Justin was professional, helpful, friendly and very concerned about my safety when directing me around the shop. Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and NC state inspection. I asked the employee how long will it take because I could leave my truck and walk over to the gym while they changed the oil and completed the inspection. He said he would check my tires, filters, and wiper blades, he grabbed my wiper and said the wiper doesn't have a blade on it. I said that's odd because i just changed these wipers several months ago and the were working fine with all the rain we just had. I asked him again if it will be ok to leave my truck while they performed the work, he said yes that will be ok. when I returned and went to pay my bill I noticed my bill was $298. I began looking at my bill and questioned the amount. he said my cabin filter was very bad and they had to change it and my wiper blades didn't even have a blade on them and they had to be replaced. I told him that's odd because I just changed these blade several months ago and they were working fine. He went and retrieved the blades and brought them to me. when I inspected them with the manager we both noticed the blades were in fact ok with the blades present. He went and spoke with the technician who performed the inspection and then came back and said, well they were streaking very bad and needed replaced He then offered to put them back on my truck and show me what he was talking about. When we placed the first blade back on the driver side and i washed my windshield the blade work just as good at the new one. He than put the other blade, the passenger blade, on the driver side and there was a very slight streak at the top of the wiper blades path. this could have been a result of putting the passenger side blade on the driver side. He said he just returned for inspection school and that was an automatic fail. He than said he would take the one wiper blade off my bill and only make me pay for one. Its situations like this makes people question the technicians when they recommend repairs for the vehicles they are working on. I was so frustrated at this point I forgot to ask to see the cabin air filter he said was very bad and question the fact this was changed without my approval. After I caught them in a lie about my wiper blades I cannot trust any thing they recommend at this point. This situation appears criminally fraudulent and is diffidently civilly fraudulent. I am considering other actions and notifications to the proper individuals. Customers please be aware of this location when dropping your vehicles off. I paid the bill because I had my son with me and I was running tight on time and figured I would take up my concerns through the proper channels.
