Bad experience today. Just left getting my oil changed. Used to only go here to get my oil changed. Just left, I pulled in they started my oil change and charged me (I had a coupon that they sent me). After a long wait they told me in passing that they were by the way “out of oil” but not to worry they sent someone around the corner to get more. Didn’t ask me if I was able to wait, didn’t give me an estimate of time but there’s an o’reily auto parts less than a mile away so I figure it would be fast. Half hour later they get back. Two different employees tried to ring me up again. One other employee brings me someone else’s paperwork with their home address and phone number on it. They don’t catch it and I have to call them back over to tell me this is someone else’s receipt. So the oil finally gets changed and they tell me “good to go” no sorry. No coupon. Full price and an hour wait, that an oil place was surprised they had run out of oil. I think I’ll go somewhere else from now on

Been going to this location for 10+ years and service has always been beyond expectations. However, mechanics still work without heat in the garage in winter which is totally unacceptable. Management for these locations should provide temporary heat during cold snaps. The interior/office space was freezing at 66 degrees and too cold for customers! I asked about that and was told climate adjustments was corporate controlled. Management do better for your folks giving their best out here on your behalf!!
