They are like the Chick-fil-A of car services. Everyone is always so friendly & great energy. This specific location always make tedious car maintenance tasks, enjoyable because of how QUICK the service is, and friendly the staff is. They always do a quality job. You can also stay in your car while the service is being done. The whole team is great, but special shout out to Latia & Karireem for today!!

I tried to get a simple inspection done. Experience was poor and seemed dishonest. I pulled up to an empty store (all 4 bays empty, all doors open, not a single person in sight. It was cold out so they were probably trying to keep warm somewhere). I wait a few minutes, then another car shows up... someone comes out in about a minute and they serve the new arrival first. Not that big of a deal - they had 3 other bays open. I waited a couple more minutes and the manager came by and said he'd get his inspection guy. Another 5 minutes goes by... I see about 5 guys walking around but only the 1 car getting serviced and as I'm about to leave someone finally comes up to me. What's strange is he immediately pulls out a gauge and sticks it to the tire... stating the tread is too low and would fail inspection. I'd had enough by that point so just went home. I checked the wear bars on the tire and the tread is still over twice the height of the tread bars! Next day I took it to a different place, took 30 minutes and inspection passed. If the business needs to make more money, just charge more! There's no need to scam people.
