The staff at the Valvoline off Falls of Neuse are always fantastic and helpful every time I go. They didn't have the headlight I needed to replace, but they walked me through what I needed to buy. Above and beyond that, the staff walked me through several times on how to easily replace it myself. I was able to save a lot of money by ordering the lights online and doing it myself. I have been going there for years, and plan to continue bringing my vehicle there.

Another car that arrived well after me was pulled into a bay before me and her oil change was completed 10 minutes before mine. I was not in a rush so I didnu2019t say anything about it but there should be a better process to make sure customers are being helped in the order which they arrive. The location seemed to be understaffed for the amount of bats that were open.
