The staff member informed me there were visible cracks in my serpentine belt and needed to be replaced immediately. However couldn’t do it there because of the stretch belt. After looking at it myself and a well experienced mechanic family member there were NO cracks in either belt. In fact, the part numbers were still clearly visible and in great condition. It is extremely infuriating when a staff member tries to upsell something that is not needed. If I didn’t have a somewhat of knowledge about cars then I wouldn’t have known better! This is extremely disappointing because I’ve been using Valvoline products and services for years.

Good greeting, tech missed I was also getting Inspection, made a slight delay. I had to ask the tech to do extra work, transmission, transfer cases for 4 wheel drive, said it was customers choice. But very friendly, helpful, and great attitude. Ended up spending $400 by changing these fluids. When I got home I saw there were several other things that I should do from your checklist. I would have done them.

Kjuan, your manager is incredible. He was so kind, helpful, and provided fast service when I had an unexpected low oil light come on. While we waited (though not long at all) he was thoughtful enough to bring my daughter and I popsicles all while he was the one working so hard. Do not let this man go!
