I drove in to get an oil change on 3/30 and I was told the system was down. I went back on Monday 4/01 and was told the system was still down. I tried the 3rd time on 04/02 and was able to get my oil change. The problem I had was that a sign was posted for 50% off any oil change but on 4/2 the sign was gone and I asked if I could still take advantage of the 50% off and I was told no. I asked to speak with the manager and she also told me no. I then asked her if I had been coming for the past few days and the system was down I should be able to get the discount. She again said no. I asked what kinds of discounts she could offer. She stated I can give you 15% off but that’s really nothing but I went with it and it bought the bill from 80 to 74.75 I believe. I was attempting to give this store a chance since they are directly across the street from my home but I will continue to go the location that I normally go to because I didn’t feel valued as a customer to keep trying while the system was down.

The kid that waited on me seemed confused. When I questioned what he was doing he smarted off that he had done 100’s before me. I asked another guy who may have been a supervisor if he knew what he was doing ? He walked over and saw the kid trying to remove the engine cover to find the oil filter. The supervisor showed him where the filter actually was located. I also needed an air filter but they didn’t have what I needed. They did walk next door and get one from the parts place. That part was at least good! Just not prepared to be open yet!! Needs more experience!!

Nico was very pleasant and told me about a lot of things I didn’t know. I was able to ask about the resetting of my reminders of when my next oil change would be. It had not been done in over 550 days. Now I feel more comfortable knowing that someone actually was able to help me. Not sure how long Nico has been an employee, but he was very good at what he did and I hope he can have a promotion and more pay for his good work.
