Prem and Isaak were fantastic. I needed an oil change for my 24 year old Acura. The whole experience was quick (felt like 10 minutes max) and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Within the last five months, I took three of my vehicles to the Valvoline Center, located at 7931 Fayetteville Rd. Garner, NC, and after having my oil change, both of my cars began to leak oil. I never had this issue before, after many oil changes. I reported the problem, and I was told that because my car had over 100k miles, they could not be responsible for any oil leak. So, i took my other vehicle to another shop, the Grease Monkeyfor and oil change and the technician s change tated that he could not or he was afraid to do the oil change because the last place tighten the plug to tight. I went back to the Valvoline shop and they change my oil, but would not take for the leak because once again my had over 100k miles. I had to repair my car and now I have to get my truck repair. If you vehicle is over 100k don't go to Valvoline

This was hands down the best oil change I have ever had. The fact that they called out every action item as they went through the check list and had someone double-check went above any other experience I have had in my 30+ years of oil changes. The entire staff was extremely cordial and very nice. I cannot give a better rating.
