My last oil change I was told my battery was poor so I went and got a second and third opinion and was told my battery was great. This time I got an oil change and they put air in my tire and didn’t seal it. Causing the air in my tire to leak out and my tire to be flat when I came out of work after 5pm. Mind you it’s dark and most service centers are close. Luckily I was able to find one but it caused me an additional $25 only to be told whomever put air in my tire didn’t seal it and my tire was perfect. I called and the assistant manager told me to call back the next day. I called back on Saturday to speak with the manager whose name is on my receipt and still have not received a call back.

I'm also sorry to hear we left the cap off of your tire. Tire caps do not keep the air in the tire, the valve stems internal core is what holds the air in the tire.
