First all 3 people were there to assist me in driving the car into the bay area. I was scared but they made me feel so safe. All of a sudden the manager Walt Luv was at my window explaining everything that they were going to do for the oil change. Secondly, the assistances, communicated with each other. One was at the front, the other at the front. Then Walt explained that I needed 2 filters, which one I had never heard of. The Cabin filter, I was floored, when he took that nasty filter out. I was excited as well, because the flow of my air is so fresh and clean!!! I was totally impressed with the beautiful smiles and the way everyone made me feel extremely special, in servicing my car. I told Walt I was telling everyone about this service. Thank the fellows at Valvoline on Sunset Ave in Rocky Mount NC

Abel I believe his name was was the person checking my car in. Before he even looked at my car, he put in the computer my air filter was recommended to be replaced (my hood wasn’t even open yet..). Therefore I wouldn’t trust any “recommended” services. Also, he told me Mazda “required” me to have a tire rotation every 5,000 miles which is a complete lie and argued when I said it is not required. Then when it came time to wrap up, I declined the sticker on my windshield, and Walter, the manager, laughed at me and said “well that’s a first” in a sarcastic voice. It was rude. Would NOT recommend to anyone, would go to the dealership if I wanted to be treated like that.
