I absolutely LOVE the teamwork that was displayed. Charles is a knowledgeable Manager; Respectful to his staff and respected in return. Gee was very knowledgeable working the tech aspect of things as well as changing out my cabin filters. Before the oil change is complete they yell out all that has been secured under the hood before letting it down. THAT'S A PLUS IN MY BOOK!!! I was able to save $17 thanks to Gee and the online discount that was available. I believe I've found a new spot for my vehicle maintenance. Sometimes its not about the money, its about the quality of service and customer service skills. Thank you Charles, Gee, & the Valvoline Team!!! God bless you all and your business!!!

so when i pulled in there to get their full system cleaner they were doing it but didn't use the entire bottle like their suppose to and cheated me out of my money then saying when 20 mins are up the service ends i was not happy. When i got a oil change there, last time they did it, when i had the time to do it myself i couldn't take the oil filter or the oil plug off myself they overtighten them both badly and i was scared of taking my car back here to be serviced by them again
