Overall good experiences here.
I have taken three of my vehicles here and always felt good about the experience.
Below is my latest experience, and not typical.
It was a bit confusing when the person who started the oil change was swapped to another bay. I know my filter was removed, but I felt it was reinstalled (very much looked used to me when double checked it immediately afterwards).
And I was accidentally asked to start the engine with no oil in crankcase yet...(both parties to blame here).
I had low air in my rear tires, andbthey rambled off pressure, but no one checked them...
(So two in the rear are still low).
But they overall do a good job.
They offered a rear dif fluid change (next trip) and engine air filter replacement (self completed) but nothing on a tire rotate or cvt fluid change.
(Guess I'll reserv the CVT fluid for an expert shop.)
I like the ease, and the staff is good (again only 1 out of 10 off experiences), so ill be back...

I brought my own oil and oil treatment. The crew at the Sherrills Ford location were fast, friendly, and so helpful. They premixed the treatment and my oil in a container before adding it to the engine, which I appreciated.
They also showed me how filthy my air filter was, and replaced it for me. Also, they were able to reinstall the splash guard that I removed. They didn't have to, but they did.
Overall, a stellar experience, and a shining example of how the business should run. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent, knowledgeable, and thorough. I learned more about my new car from the techs here — a valuable and accessible experience that empowered me to appreciate all the new features that were otherwise complex. Previous appointments at Subaru were especially kind as well, although I was unable to learn or be included in understanding the vehicle that had been sold to me.
