Very disappointing experience. I chose this shop because it’s close to my home and assumed an independent shop would be cheaper than a Toyota dealership. I was wrong. A basic oil change came out to around $130–$140, and even with a $20 coupon, I still paid about $115. For comparison, I just had the same oil change done at an official Toyota dealership for only $79. When I questioned the price, I was told that “prices are going up everywhere because of the problems in Iran.” Seriously? Why would I pay MORE at an independent shop when I can take my car to an official Toyota dealer, pay less, and know exactly who is servicing my vehicle? Definitely not coming back.
