I desperately needed my oil changed. I don't have time to leave my car somewhere to wait for the oil to be changed and have to make arrangements for me to be picked up and brought back to pick up my car. He just told me what was recommended and let me decide. I HATE being pressured for ANYTHING...my son was a certified mechanic for years and I always ask him if a light comes on or any other problem. I have been taken advantage of before (because I'm a female) and it took me several years to get the services paid for....these guys were very polite, efficient and best of all FAST!!!
