I went to have my oil changed on Saturday September 12th and I told them I wanted to change it before I left for the mountains on the 13th while on 40 my under cover skid plate came off I went back to pick it up and as I was driving to the mountains once again I had to pull over because the back part of the skid plate was dragging we stopped at a Lowe's and zip tied it up so we could continue to the mountains. Usually they do good at Smithfield location but not this time ughhh. What a way to start out a vacation laying on the side of 40 trying to figure out what to do with the skid plate.
