Original - (01/08) This was the worst experience I have had at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change location. The service provided was unprofessional and fell well below reasonable expectations. I will not return to this location for future vehicle maintenance and recommend others consider alternative service providers. Updated - (01/09) I contacted the Area Manager to discuss the concerns from my visit. The conversation did not result in acknowledgment of the service issues or any meaningful effort to address them. The lack of accountability, leadership, and resolution confirmed my decision to take my business elsewhere.
