The guys were quick and got my car in and out. They always change my oil for me and they changed my air filters last time I was here and explained why they needed to be changed and showed them to me they did look bad. I didn’t even know one was in my glove box.

Guy drove my car off ramp and muffler hung and pulled down. Guy was wearing a boot so maybe he didn't realize how he was coming out. When I told them it had to be fixed, the manager blamed me saying I didn't tell them it the (muffler) was hanging. and that is because it wasn't. He said there were scrapes all under neath the car. HE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. he tried to push muffler back up with crowbar by sticking it into the end of muffler and pushing down on it. Muffler has to be replaced, muffler and labor $288.00 at muffler clinic here in Statesville. Had to order muffler and having it done Wed. Maybe guy with hurt foot wearing a boot had of pulled car in and out slower, this may not have happened. poor management on your part. Manager told me I could call his manager in Mooresville and the assistant manager said he was wanted to know why I was calling him and and told him manager here told me to call, no one called me back. I must say, That is some real customer service.
