Got our oil change Done on 10/10/25 and been having nothing but problems every since car leaking oil the same day and the manager came the next day to do the oil change over in the parking lot of our complex and it continued to leak the next day. As of today oil light is still flashing and now the engine light is blinking and was stuck on side of road today.

I had a tire rotation done at this Valvoline in October 2024, and it resulted in significant damage. When I returned recently for another rotation, the same shop could not remove the lug nuts they had installed. Acura inspected the vehicle and confirmed stripped studs, two broken studs, and hub damage caused by improper torquing during the initial service. The repair cost was $1,585.11. I would strongly advise avoiding tire rotation services at this location. Valvoline denied responsibility despite detailed documentation and a technician’s explanation from Acura. This was a costly and completely avoidable situation.
