I have my car regularly serviced at the Waxhaw Valvoline. I recently had both my oil change and inspection completed. The staff did an excellent job. But yesterday Gavin (a manager) went above and beyond! I was several miles away from the store and hit something in the road that punctured my tire. I was able to get into a nearby shopping center. As I was investigating the problem, Gavin came up to me and asked what the problem was. We were able to quickly determine the object puncturing the tire and he proceeeded to help me change the tire and put on the spare. He was amazing to take that kind of care and time outside of his work hours. In our conversation, I recognized him from the Valvoline store. Thanks Gavin and thanks to Valvoline for having such quality employees that serve their cistomers and the community.
