I first stopped in for a full synthetic oil change on Sat, March 30. After waiting for my turn, I was then informed that they didn't have the oil filter for my 2018 Audi Q5 on hand. I was sent to buy one at auto zone. Came back, waited my turn again, then was told they didn't have the plastic drain plug. They offered to go buy one but no auto parts stores nearby carried it. I left after 90 minutes w/o an oil change. Zak wrote a note as to how this would get handled when I came back, honoring the coupon as well as getting credit for my purchases. I came back on April 1, gave them the filter and drain plug that I had purchased from the Audi dealership and I was in and out in 15 mins. Forget the manager's name (Brandon?) but he sent me on my way with no charge for the oil change. A high-quality move. All-in, it took me two trips to Valvoline, a trip to Auto Zone, a trip to the Audi dealership and 3 hours to get this done. Not charging me for the oil change was a very solid move for which I'm very appreciative. I have learned that I now have to call ahead of time to ensure they have the parts on hand to do my oil change. To be sure, Zak and the manager handled it very well.
