Half of the things in the bill they said they did they didn't do. Checked my tire pressure and then swt it to an unsafe psi... never told me the cost, never talked to me. When I asked for a paper receipt I was told it was emailed to me. I need a paper one.

Went to get my tire pressure & oil checked. During the check point my passenger front low beam light was out. They checked to see if they had a bulb in stock & told me the price was $22! Long story short, I get my receipt & the bulb was NOT $22 ! It was $32.99!! Noone bothered to tell me the price difference!! After I paid and looked at my receipt I asked about the charge being different and was told u201coh yeah well the $22 bulb did not fit in your car so we had to use this bulb instead & it cost more because itu2019s a premium bulbu201d. Not even sure if I had to have the bulb in the first place. This brought my total to $126.24 and had checked my email for coupons and found a 25% off full service discount and tried to use it as it was sent only 4 days ago to my email and was told the coupon was already expired!? I have always used this Valvoline location but I am beginning to wonder if I should shop around for cheaper prices considering what I just paid and feel like I was ripped off! Needless to say, not a happy customer at the moment.

A friend of mine alerted me that I had a tail light out as well as a headlight. I have utilized this location for Many years so my immediate phone call was to them first. Ask the young man if this was something they could handle and they said yes and that they were in a good position right now to help me immediately. Everything was tended to and they did a check of every bulb and light that I had within my vehicle. I will continue to use this location as I have always received excellent customer service. As a special thank you I had to go to the grocery store in that same shopping center and took them a box of popsicles as it was scorchingly hot day, they were extremely grateful!
