Very dishonest. Synthetic oil was used and only 3000 miles was placed on the sticker for return change. No prices were posted and was felt I was overcharged for the service. They didn't know how to reset the oil change reminder, so I had to go back and have it done on another day for someone else to do it. When I told this person about the 3000 miles, he said customer has to go another 3000 miles to make it 6000 miles. They are only allowed to put 3000 on the sticker.

The service was terrific. I was met with a smile while waiting for a bay to open up. When it did I was greeted by BAM who was very informative and polite. He asked what I needed and then he and his colleagues proceeded to to the oil change and other checks on my vehicle. He answered my questions and another tech came and asked if he could look at the cabin air filter which hadn't happened on a previous visit. He too was very polite and did his check on it. I appreciated the low pressure of upsells that I get at another establishment. I also appreciate all of the other free checks on the vehicle, fluids and tires. It is a great price for the service and the $15.00 coupon is a really good incentive to keep going back.

I recently went to the valvoline in Myrtle Grove NC for an inspection and oil change. I got to chat with Brian, and he is very personable. I was due for a transmission fluid flush at the time, but I couldn’t do it that day for personal reasons. I came back to that location to get the flush, and I was able to get to know Brian more, as well as see the other boys hard at work. Big shout out to Brian, Arynn, Andy, Elijah, Jake, and Twan for all their hard work. I will definitely be going back to this valvoline location and recommending it to friends.
