I was stuck waiting to leave even though my oil change was complete because the attendant was apparently waiting for a “check off” but he didn’t communicate that with anyone so I was stuck there with my hood up for about 10 extra minutes. Then they just closed my hood and told me I could leave. Didn’t assist me in driving out. I’ve been coming to Valvoline for over a decade. In Asheville when I lived there and this year in Wilmington. This was the worst service I’ve ever received

I wanted to give appreciate for the excellent and quick service i just received. I needed an oil change and a state inspection. I was in and out in less than an hour. The heat is terrible right now. Eveyone of your staff was in a good mood and communicating. They seemed to be having a good time while staying extrememly safe! This was a much improved experienced than last time i came to this location. I admit i only came back because i had no choice, i needed an inspection fast so i could renew my tag. Now I will make sure that i return seeing what a well oiled machine this service center has become! Amazingly friendly and courtous staff who was willing to go out of the way to help. Thank you!!
