This was only my second visit here. The first time was just as fantastic as this one. No making me feel pressured. They took there time and didn't make me feel rushed or that they could not wait and finish and go to next customer. Definitely made me sure I was Satisfied. Communication amongst staff was as a TEAM not each one out for themselves. I will highly recommend this Valvoline.

Thr young kid, Daniel I think? He lost a screw on my air filter cap and sat there and swore at it and fought with it for a long time before a very VERY friendly lady told him to stop and she would take care of it. I feel bad I can't remember the name of the woman because she was wonderful and saved me from absolutely losing my mind while there. But the kid that initially helped? Absolutely useless, destructive, temperamental, and should not be interacting with customers or working on cars

Staff were very informative in explaining how my car presents to them and what it needs or doesn't need currently and the rationale behind their explanations. They are up front and honest with me and even services I think I need but they took a look at everything and realized that I didn't need these things which is huge for me as customer as they could've just as easily gotten my business for things I didn't actually need and I would've never known.

The car in front of me was inside the service bay when I pulled up. 50 minute wait for that car and another 15 minutes for my oil change. Thatu2019s too long!
