I experienced the same thing as other customers regarding windshield wipers during inspection. My wipers were fine, but the lady claimed that they were smearing, which probably was just the result of a leaf or minor debris on the wiper blade. I brought my truck in the next week and the blades failed for the same reason. Then they charge double the price of what the blades cost at an auto parts store. Never had a vehicle not pass an inspection because of wiper blades, but here I had it happen twice within a week. Problem is, you don’t have much of a choice if you want your vehicle to pass inspection. Other than that, the service is quick and reliable.

Came in for an oil change today 11/22 there’s a guy in the pit. Mad about something. Yelling, cussing up a storm, sounding like he was ready to fight someone. My child was in the car asking why some one was so upset. Took everything I had to not step out and ask for just a little bit of professionalism
