They were patient and kind when I kept stopping to have them check the extras in the inspection that you had to ask for. They answered all my questions, and made recommendations for me. I appreciated them taking the extra time as I saw them trying to get people out within a certain amount of time, and I took awhile.

I experienced the same thing as other customers regarding windshield wipers during inspection. My wipers were fine, but the lady claimed that they were smearing, which probably was just the result of a leaf or minor debris on the wiper blade. I brought my truck in the next week and the blades failed for the same reason. Then they charge double the price of what the blades cost at an auto parts store. Never had a vehicle not pass an inspection because of wiper blades, but here I had it happen twice within a week. Problem is, you don’t have much of a choice if you want your vehicle to pass inspection. Other than that, the service is quick and reliable.
