It seemed a struggle to remove the cabin air filter. Once removed, it appeared damaged to me. I felt even if I did not want to replace it, there was no sense in placing the damaged filter back in the car. I was also unaware it was $50 to replace a $10 filter. I will perform that task on my own in the future.

I have a VW Atlas.. I felt that do to the vehicle being a Europen style vehicle they were more built to handle American vehicles. The filter had to be ordered and delivered from Oreilly's. The price at the end of the service as $136 for the oil change. We were in the car waiting for almost an hour for the service to be completed.

I bought a Groupon and it was not honored completely, it was for $99 service but I received a $74 credit applied to my bill. The $74 was what I paid for the Groupon for a full synthetic service. I am not sure they gave me the service and really changed my oil, I did not have washer fluid topped off, it's still empty. Little things that were supposed to be done were nit. And when I asked for full synthetic the manager asked if I wanted European full synthetic? Wth? I drive a Dodge, probably not. Bottom line, these folks are pretty dumb and I will go get another oil change because I don't think this staff knows what they are doing. They wasted my time and I did not receive the service I paid for. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB
