I asked for a tire rotation, after which I asked when I should return for the re-torque and was told it was not needed, that is not true, I was also not shown the dipstick after the oil change. Either the employees are poorly trained or that’s just how they treat females.

They dudnt fully latch my hood and I had to pull over on the highway to close it.They overfilled my coolant reservoir causing a lot of coolant to leak out of the vent on the reservoir. I left a huge stain of coolant on my friends brand new driveway
