Felt like they were trying to rip me off. This morning went for inspection and failed bc brakes and wipers. Just had tires rotated and they said brake pads were passable. Ran the wipers (raining today), and no streaks. The service technician said that I’d have to have buy wipers or he’d fail me. Went to another Valvoline store and they passed me and said there wasn’t metal on metal brakes.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I came to this service center expecting a fast, professional oil change. Instead, I had a terrible experience. The lack of basic professionalism from the staff was completely unacceptable. While waiting for my vehicle, a male employee and a female employee erupted into a massive, argument right in the middle of the service floor. They were shouting at each other, hurling personal insults, and repeatedly using foul language directly in front of paying customers. It is shocking to see employees treat a workspace and their customers with such blatant disrespect. I expected a quick, efficient service experience from Valvoline, but instead, I was forced to sit through a hostile, toxic workplace dispute. I will not be returning to a location that allows this level of dysfunction on the service floor.
