My husband brought my Buick Encore for an inspection. I have beige floor mats, that even after 10 years, we're completely spot free. Your attendant put his filthy shoes on my mats, interior sidewall, and even on the bottom of my door. There was grease and grime everywhere! My husband pointed out the grease inside the car. The attendant didn't offer to clear it up, nor did he even bother to apologize. We will get car maintenance from a company that has respect for our business and vehicles.

WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW WHAT WAS BEING PERFORMED ON MY VEHICLE BEFORE THEY ACCUALLY DID THE WORK AND CHARGED ME FOR IT AFTER IT HAD BEEN DONE. THE BILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN $200 BUT INSTEAD IT WAS OVER $500. POOR COMMUNICATION IN MY OPINION.
