First I was told to pull up behind another car, which is fine. But I had to wait at least 30 additional minutes before I could even pull in the bay area. I told them 3 times I was there for an oil change. My team was CSR: Joshua, Topside: Maurice (never did any work on my vehicle, Bottomside: Danzel, great person. Instead of Maurice, some guy named Reece came over and started pulling the filter cover off and was going to replace an air filter that I had not asked to be done. Then he had trouble getting the filter cover back on. Had an attitude as if he didn't even want to be there. In the future, I hope Joshua is the person that handles my oil change. He had a great personality and acted as though he cared about his job. Reece needs to go somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever had this bad of experience.Lori Parrish
