I had my oil changed and they didn’t put either the screw or clips back on. I hit a small bump and heard a strange noise. When I got out to look the metal plate underneath was hanging down. I promptly went to the Honda dealership because at the time I didn’t know what happened. They informed me it was missing a screw and clips. Had I hit a large bump it could have tore that whole piece off causing major damage.
