I had an oil drip for several days after my oil change. This problem I have experienced at several ( Not all) of the Valvoline stores. Florida Naples is the worst. This drip is from the residual oil hanging on to something under there. I didn’t worry about it at this location as they really seemed to know what they were doing. They presented very professional and impressive. I was wrong and should’ve asked them to wipe the under belly when they were done.

Heath did a wonderful job of keeping me informed about what was going on will I was in the shop and was very easy to talk to. Michael did well getting the items for my car and with communication with his coworkers when it came to my car. Brock did amazing with the oil change! I was overall very impressed with these four men and will be returning!
