It took a little longer than usual; however, I knew they were short-staffed like many other places are. The CSR that I interacted with apologized for it taking a little longer and I was totally fine with that.So, while I did not mark "highly satisfied", it was for this reason alone. I was not dissatisfied with the service, it just didn't meet up to the expectations set by previous experiences at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location.
