Jakob covered all the bases for my oil change and even showed me the last time I had fluids changed in the driveline and because of that I decided to change them all. His professional attitude and demeanor during our interaction was the main reason I chose to add on those services. He and his coworkers discovered I had a PCV vac line disconnected got it back on for me. I will be coming back to this location for my next oil change.

I have not gone anywhere else before, so I was a little nervous, but the service was great and interactive. they showed me what my car was recommending being replaced/inspected including a diagram and explanation what that is exactly and pictures showing the benefits of completing the service, however I didn't feel pressured to purchase that service with them at that time. overall, I am impressed and feel I understood what I was getting and paying for compared to the dealership. the staff was friendly and informative, answered all my questions. I will probably return as it was quick and the coupon was great, with oil change costs rising.
