The guy helping me at my window was very knowledgeable and kind. He didn't make me feel any pressure to buy anything extra and explained to me everything he was doing. The guy under the hood was very nice and smiley. As a female, it's hard to go car places and not feel stupid or have no idea what the staff are taking about. Everything was explained well and I understood what needed to be done for services on my vehicle.
