Not only did the staff seem very knowledgeable and got the oil change done in a timely manner, but they saw that we had a light bulb sitting in our window and offered to replace it. They gave it their best and realized that if they continued trying that our screws would be stripped out. They offered to try a more time-consuming approach to ensure it got done, but we opted out and decided to complete it at home.

Is there a place where I can send you a picture of my filter because the manager came over and was pulling my cabin filter out of my glove compartment and I was watching him and all of a sudden the other technician by my drivers window got my attention to look at a clean filter, and what a clean looked like (like I don’t know…)and while he was doing that, I feel the other manager had time to put a leaf on my cabin filter… A big leaf… And pinched a couple of the ridges off of the filter and said it was a mouse. I believed him but when I told my husband about it, he said you got took! there is no way a mouse could get into my 2019 Toyota sienna van and he showed me the intake to the filter and I agreed there was no place for a mouse to get in. The technician also said we’ll be glad that there’s no nest in there which means this will probably take care of your problem and the problem was a $45 cabin filter. Usually. And I agreed there was no place for a mouse to get in. Usually I’ve never had any problems with this Valvoline Oil facility but I will never go there again. Thank you. Don’t pull thee ol mouse and leaf trick…it’s the oldest one in the book (at least the leaf trick is)
