I like the Valvoline service and use it regularly. I'm a loyal customer of Valvoline for many years. But last time the service charged me some additional fee for the oil change, an additional $19. I don't understand why, because it was never communicated to me. So, even with the applied $15 discount (which was sent to me by email), the oil change costs me almost $100. This is too much.
