The past few visits I have felt the service floundering, the people are pleasant but it seems to be met with a lack of organization from moving bays because the car in the bay needed specialized tools to the service tech forgetting to put screws back on my skid plate and overtightning the oil filter. (That took an extra ten minutes and three tech to remove.) With more quick oil change companies moving into the city, I feel that will be where my next oil change will be.
