The reason I came in THAT day was a low tire. They did not check the tires so after I left, I had to get into line again and wait to have them fill it. He was polite about it. No discount was offered for the incontinence. This is the firs negative experience I've had there.The guy who talked to me spoke very fast and I got tired of asking him to repeat things. He was very polite. When he'd repeat, he said the exact same thing at the exact same speed as before.

Cleaning up better. Underside was dripping in oil from removing the oil filter. Had to clean oil off my driveway from the dripping as well as wiping of the plastic cover and underside bracing after I returned home. Oil drips on top side as well from extraction machine.

First of all, I think the convenience of just not having an appointment and being able to just wait in line and have that done is the big reason of going there. Second of all I like that quality of product made in the USA is there. Third, the speed of service for everything that you get in the oil change is well worth the price. This is from a guy who used to do his own oil changes years ago. In and out in about 20-25 minutes. Keep up the good work and customer service. I’ll be a customer For Life. Thank you.

Overall my visit was fine. My only issue was I noticed oil spots under my car following my visit. I looked under my vehicle and found that the drain plug just dripping and was only hand tight. I was able to unscrew it by hand. After tightening and wiping everything down the issue was resolved.
