I arrived shortly before the store was set to open and there was one truck in front of me. When the store opened, the truck pulled forward to the open bay and then motioned for me to pull up. When I got next to the truck I realized the driver was a good friend of mine and she insisted I go first so I could continue to work. After confirming, I started pulling further forward when Asst. Manager Connor aggressively approached me and began accusing me of attempting to cut in line. When I attempted to explain the situation he interrupted me about how my friend had been waiting for 20 minutes. I offered to go talk with her and started to open my door when he ordered me to stay in my vehicle, even though my vehicle was still outside. My wife and I had been going to that store for about five years, but we will not return because of his behavior. Completely unprofessional.

Price of my oil change, the "premium" oil filter charge and "extra Oil" charge were never disclosed. I did not ask for a Premium oil filter. I didn't know I had been charged for either of these things till after I looked at my receipt. Very deceptive and unethical!
