After having a frustrating experience at another Valvoline location, I called the 137th & Millard location to see if they could help me. I explained the situation, including that my oil change light had been on and that I had been told there was no oil in my vehicle. From the very beginning, the staff here were kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Zach, Manny, and Dean were absolutely wonderful. They not only took the time to listen to what had happened, but they made sure I understood what they were doing and treated me with genuine respect throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most was their professionalism. They were thorough, courteous, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They even apologized for the experience I had at another location, despite having absolutely nothing to do with it. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I left feeling comfortable and confident about the service I received. This is exactly what good customer service should look like. If you need an oil change or other service, I highly recommend this Valvoline location Based on my experience
