3 blocks from your shop I heard a loud rattling and banging noise. Skid plate was not reattached properly. I returned to your shop and the attendant "reattached" it and told me "good to go." I pulled out into the parking lot and checked it myself. They did an extremely half-assed job of reattaching it with zip ties. I went back and let them know that this was completely unacceptable. They said they would try to find the bolts to reattach it. They then used bolts to reattach it that said they did not have all of them. They claimed that some of them were missing when I arrived. I have never had issues with the skid plate before and my previous oil change was at this location. If there were in fact bolts missing, why didn't they inform me of this to begin with. It is one thing to make a mistake, but do not lie about fixing the issue.

First, I would like contact back by the manager or corporate. I was there for nearly 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was quoted on the phone yesterday that a tire rotation was 24.99 and i was billed 34.99. I would have dealt with this at the location but i was so late back to work as it was. I could have taken this to a full service garage and paid less and had it done in half the time with guaranteed pricing. Your staff need to move much faster as customers use vioc when they have time constraints. A lot of talking and messing around. I understand i run the risk of being a few minutes late back to work on my one hour lunch break but i lose an hour of pay waiting on your staff. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the ftc if my issues are not taken seriously.
