It was hot and there were several cars waiting for service. Your employees were smiling and being very pleasant to the customers and their coworkers. Its was nice to see a business with hard working employees with a good attitude. I run a large factory. I pay my employees $23 a hour to start for unskilled labor. I’m sure your employees make much les and work much harder. Hats off to you! You are doing something right!

2 cars ahead of me, the car took a long time. There was no communication about the situation until the car directly infront of me decided to leave. The computers went down while I was in there, the man who appeared to be in charge (Tatoos on neck and face) snapped at Juli for leaving an empty box on the tool chest and the mechanic under my car. The mechanic under my car told him "Bay 2 was ready" and then this man told him to "Stand by" because he was working on the computer on Bay 3. after 10 mins, the mechanic asked what the situation was, and the man was frustrated with him and told the mechanic he didn't have to stop doing what he was doing because the computers were down. The tension was palpable amoungst the staff. My wait was rediculous. Thie man may have been knowledgable about mechanical issues, but his managerial skills were terrible. NEVER reprimand employees infront of customers.
