I usually always have a really nice experience coming here. However, on this occasion the gentleman that was helping me was nice until I decided not to get the full synthetic oil this time. My money is really low right now, so I decided to just go with the cheapest option and after that he was not really pleasant. Not rude or anything but not polite either if that makes sense.

The experience wasnu2019t bad by any meansu2026 The younger gentleman that was doing the oil change didnu2019t clarify the type of oil being used though, which they normally do. Maybe he was new, not a big deal. Wish they wouldu2019ve checked tire pressure and added some air to a low tire I had.

I went the 15th and was recommended that I needed a trasmission fluid. I was told that the service included the cleaning and the fluid and the fluid will be clear red. So i returned the 18th and the 3 guys who were there they do not know what were doing at the end they told me that i needed a filter with out it the fluid no will be clean and they can't do that Job. They just give a discount of 15.00 dlls and now my car is having trouble when I make the changes on drive. Hopefully this review help me somehow. I really trusted in the employees but I dont think they know other areas besides oil change.

The first technician discovered that my radiator needed a flush, but made sure to verify with the supervisor that this was the case. They explained what was needed and the price, which helped me make the right decision. Though we don't live in Omaha, I would certainly recommend this location to any who do.
