it was fine, but it was more expensive than I thought it would be. They didn’t tell me the price of the oil change until it was finished. This location apparently doesn’t use the PinPoint app anymore, but it is still listed on the app. This is the second oil change in a row, where I have tried to Garner points from my visit, and I’ve been told that they don’t have the right scanner for it. However, a person who might presumed to be the manager, told the technician to give me 10% off due to that inconvenience, which was very generous.

When I arrived, there was only the car in the bay in front of me.A young gentleman came out and told me that it would be 15 to 20 minutes for them to finish with the car in front of me.40 minutes later, I am finally getting into the bay to have my service done. None of the team members seemed to be in any hurry, even with cars waiting outside of the building. They even looked to be taking their time and in no hurry whatsoever. The first young man I spoke to said that they would do a check on the lights on my car. That was never done.They never checked the air pressure in my tires or even asked about my windshield wipers.Really was not impressed with the whole visit.

All the staff was friendly and very thorough with everything they did. I sat in line longer than it took for them to do the service on my vehicle which had me very satisfied. It was extremely hot that day and the temperatures did not affect that are effectiveness. I even had a case of water in my backseat offered to give it to them and a couple of the guys even said they appreciated the offer but would pass. I will definitely be back
