Tried to sell me a transmission flush on a closed system. Over filled Hill and I had to be there over an hour plus.

Was here for 1.5 hours+, I have a fleet vehicle, they must have been waiting for something but there was zero communication. All I asked for was an oil change. It's never taken this long. The crew was nice enough, but communicating what the wait is for should be part of customer service.
