It was a long wait. A long wait in the hot sun. I completely understand the store was busy, which is tribute to your company. However, from arrival to leaving I was there more than one hour. One hour six minutes to be exact. I did think about leaving and coming back, but I never experienced the wait this long. Here's my issue: no one came to me to apologize for the wait while I was waiting or once I got in to the bay. That would have made all the difference. As written, I'm happy you had that much business, but it was not a positive experience for me. When I first arrived, I originally was going to get the rear differential fluid changed, but I just ran out of time.Good group of folks, but the courtesy of a wait acknowledgement would have helped a lot and likely helped increase your revenues.
