The young man who helped me with my oil change was very attentive, professional and had a friendly attitude. He helped me figure out some stuff I wasn’t sure about with my car and was super polite. He did a great job! I would definitely return after my experience.

Usually this location is very good. In fact I told my husband not to bring it to the mechanic for the oil change because I love how valvoline takes care of me. At the beginning of the service, I told them that the hood will latch but will tell me it's not latched. You have to play with the release on the passenger side so the light goes away. While in the middle of the oil change I hear them yell that they don't have my filter in stock. After some yelling between the techs they found a stack of them that hadn't been on the shelf. We get through the oil change he takes my payment, asks me to run the car, tells me to shut it down, and then 2 minutes later is motioning me out of the bay. My car is not running. I turn it on, pull up to him and asked about the hood, he said "it's latched I don't know what you want me to do." I said fine, pulled it over in the parking lot and fixed it myself in about 10 seconds. It was only after I left that I noticed I never received a sticker to let me know when to come back.
