The crew were all very nice to me and explained things well- as someone who doesn’t know enough about my car I find them very understanding and helpful. I gave a bad review because I heard what I’m assuming is the owner or manager harshly yell at all of them over a mistake made and said “the next person who does this is getting FIRED” VERY loud and right in front of me. Talk about unprofessional. There is a time and place to correct employees and to dehumanize them like that in front of customers was quite frankly disgusting. They were all very nice and no one deserves to be spoken to like that. I hope the manager can take this as a reflection to watch the way he speaks to his employees, ESPECIALLY when a paying customer is sitting RIGHT THERE. I don’t care how old you are, what your position is, or if you even own the place, have respect and act like an adult. No one wants to hear that and I’m sure as hell no one wants to be treated like that. Do better, will be reaching out to corporate to ensure this does not happen again.

I'm not using Valvoline anymore as they have wasted my time. Last weekend I called in the morning and they told me they were doing state inspection until 3PM on that Saturday. I got there 10 minutes of 2 and was told they were done for the day. Today I went back at 1:30 and was told they were phasing out inspections and I needed to call ahead to make sure someone was on for the day that could do them. I've used them for years and always on Saturdays without an issue in the past but now 2 wasted trips, they have proven to be unreliable.
