I come specifically to the Hooksett Valvoline and have chosen this location for years.It is consistent pleasant service. Every member of that team has done as expected or above expectations every time. Billy really helped me out this last visit. I ALWAYS get my oil changes at your location BUT decided to have my mechanic do my oil change during inspection. After driving it around for the day I noticed an unpleasant smell and slight smoking under the hood. The mechanic FORGOT to put on the cap! Oil was all over! I was worried about the splattered oil being a hazard. I was additionally concerned about damage to my engine from improper oil levels. I decided to stop in at the Hooksett location and possibly get a whole new oil change?I told Billy about my situation and he kindly gave me a full service checked tires windshield wiper fluid etc. He offered to just give it a top off and clean as much oil off as he could. He also made note in my account in case I had residue next time I stopped in. (that way another tech would not suspect a leak) Above an beyond service. I was not over sold. I was treated with consideration. My family and I will always choose your location.
