Team members were great. She did her with a smile. BUT. Why does Valvoline continue to put the incorrect recommended next maintenance mileage. This car has a recommended service of 6000 miles, Today it was set to 3000. At other times it has been set to 5000 miles, on occasion it is set correctly at 6000 miles. I know better and track it, I suggest most people don't track it and may get their oil changed thousands of miles early. This is wasteful, expensive and potentially intentional, that would make it fraud. It has happened often enough to suggest this is intentional.
