went by myself on 10/26 just to have both of my boyfriends headlights changed. went in knowing the left headlight had been unplugged, was told only one needed to be replaced as the right side light had come back on when he quote “just tapped it and it came back on.” went on my way thinking problem solved only for my boyfriend to call and say the right headlight was out again. he spoke with the manager that night and we went back to have the other one fixed the next day, today 10/27. was told by the supposed manager on duty that the manager my boyfriend had spoken to was wrong and told me he’d fixed it himself despite me not seeing him there yesterday. he got defensive and offered to show us the camera footage when my boyfriend said he’d like to see it the supposed mod immediately started talking about something else and never showed us the footage. amazingly after replacing the right bulb and being told it was a wiring issue not their fault we have had no issues with the “faulty” bulb.

This is now the second time that I've come to this location with the same God damn issue after leaving. First of all... If you're going to try and get Enterprise fleet approval on a tire rotation when the driver only asked for an oil change. ADJUST THE DAMN TIRE PRESSURE SO MY GOD DAMN DASH LIGHTS AREN'T LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE.
