It was a combination of 2 visits.. 1st visit had a headlight out, purchased bulb, things good.. within 1 week same headlight out again. I check for myself and bulb had not been secured properly and had fallen into headlight case and shattered.. I didn't have time to bring truck back til just the other day.. almost 3 weeks I think... to which I was told the bulb lasted 1000 miles and they not sure what made the bulb blow agsin... too which I told them I hadn't had time , the bulb lasted less then a week and don't try to tell me the bulb blew out when I already know it fell into the case cuz it wasn't secured... then they said pretty much nothing but decided they wouldn't charge me for the bulb..
