Took my diesel truck here for an oil change and the oil used caused issues with high oil temp and injector misfire. Absolutely no accountability held on behalf of these people claiming 230° oil temp is normal, changed the oil myself 5 days later and all my issues went away...stay away from this shop and have real mechanics do your work. Wasted money and they refuse to give me a refund.

Absolutely do not go here. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and they couldn’t even reinstall the skid plate correctly. By the time I got home it was hanging down, and when I called, they not only denied responsibility but actually told me that it was not something they did.
I was stranded with a loose skid plate, underneath my car, trying to fix something they messed up so I could even drive back to them without damaging it further. When I returned, they had no explanation beyond blaming “old hardware,” even though I’ve had countless oil changes elsewhere and never had this issue. No apology, no accountability, no compensation but just attitude and told me I could take it to court.
I paid $100 to leave with more problems than I came in with. The service was negligent, dismissive, and openly rude. If you value your safety, time, money, or basic respect, especially as a woman, go literally anywhere else.

My brother, Bill, visited last Wednesday afternoon for an oil change. Usually not an issue tagging our pups along, but on this visit we were told to hush our dogs. They weren't barking, just whining a bit because they spotted another dog the customer next to us had in their vehicle. Both of us had dogs but seemed like the other customer was favored over us. He got to roam around the service area as he pleased and gave the techs his own product to use at little to no cost? (That seems like the way to go but wasn't aware that was allowed). It would just be nice to know all of our options for service and to be treated equally.
