After waiting in line for 30 min, I pulled into the garage, the tech started the service process but then stopped and alerted me that you didn’t have the oil filter I need I stock. I have a 4 cylinder Ford Explore; hardly an exotic engine. It is inexplicable to me that you would not have that filter in stock. They don’t go bad and will e in demand for another 15 year’s minimum. But to rub salt in the wound, your tech told me that he was “pretty sure we didn’t have your filter when I saw you pull in”. Why not tell me then rather that make me wait 30 min to telll me.

When I pulled up to the center I sat for a fairly long time, next in line, while the staff appeared to BS with the person in the bay. Then one yelled out that they were short handed and doing inventory so there would be a longer than usual wait because “it’s a busy day” as if I had picked a bad day to show up. When I was finally brought into the bay, service was fine.
