No issues other than the wait time - honestly though at least they had a guy to do the inspection - zi went to Rindge , Keene, and Epping to get car inspected all short of help - Rindge told me to come back next day that guy would be there - drove 45 mins to get no he just works on Thursdays - if you canu2019t perform the service then just donu2019t offer it - I wasted about 4 hours of my time to get a speedy service -

Every thing was fine with the staff and politeness. My only concern was that I smelled burnt oil after I drove the car for the next day. I know that your staff did not use the drain plug to drain the old oil. The tech used a suction device to drain through the dip stick. My concern was that the old oil was not completely drained and therefore he over filled the oil. I have no spots or drips on my driveway and the level on the stick seems high. The smell has stopped, but I am keeping an eye on the oil level
