They were nice and professional. However, they never inquired if I might be a senior, an AARP or AAA member, all of which I am, and apparently entitled to a discount, which I did not get. Also, I left the local Toyota dealership for routine service, in part because of price. turns out Valvoline is considerably MORE expensive for routine oil and filter changes.
