I arrived at 7:45 and the place opens at 8. A car pulled in right behind me. A few minutes later I was greeted warmly and told they would be with me as soon at they opened. I was asked what I wanted for service and roll in front of Bay 1. Promptly at 8 I pulled it and service started. We discussed windshield wipers and he told me the price and value of the two levels he had by stock. I went with the more expensive ones. They had to move my car to rotate the tires and he walked me to the waiting room all of 15 feet away and asked if I wanted a water. When I paid, I gave him her QBR code I had captured for $10 off for the visit. It ended up being off each additional service so I save $40. Last he promoted the campaign for the Jimmy Fund, with no pressure and I donated $25 of my savings. Just a world class experience.

I pulled in behind a pickup truck that needed more than a simple oil change; after waiting about 15 minutes I was directed to another service bay much to the displeasure of those waiting.
