I have been going to this Valvoline for the past 4 years- always been happy with the service. This time there were more than enough people standing there mostly on their phones. I had to ask for them to check my lights- which I have never had to in the past. Also had to ask for my tire pressure- never had to ask before but then one guy checked my rear passenger tire and announced they were all good. Do they think I wasn't paying attention to what was going on. I came home to check my own tires. Very disapointing
