I was simply there at Valvoline Instant Oil Change for an oil change. However, the service attendant told me I also needed an engine flush. I was not at all pressured to receive this service at all. And, since my car needed it, I told the service attendant to do it. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service I received.

This is the second time Iu2019ve had the same CSR, Nevaeh, at this Valvoline location. I remembered her from my last time here, due to how friendly she was. I also inquired about getting my caru2019s fluids flushed, since I am nearing 100k miles. I told her to go ahead with a radiator flush, since that was able to be done on site. Turns out, it wasnu2019t needed, and Nevaeh was more than willing to point that out to me. I have a high level of trust in this particular staff group. Thatu2019s hard to find in the world of skilled trades, and supposedly impossible when it comes to large franchises. This location is top notch and proves the stereotypes wrong.
