check the cameras the were 2 guys taking care of me, the 1 guy changing the oil could care less spent his time flapping hitting guys w rag towel. this guy never showed me new, changed oil on dip stick until i asked afterwards. this guys was told instructed to guide me out, couldn't bother walked away until i asked what was going on. not impressed with his actions, i was in bay two, check your cameras

They could begin by being honest. When I asked for SAE0w-20 oil, the attendant told me the SAE stood for Synthetic. It does not.in the comments section of my invoice it reports, "NO FLUIDS CHECKED CUSTOMER DECLINED SOME SERVICE CHECKS." They did not ask and I certainly did not decline

While it was Nevaeh that was my working specifically on my car, because it wasn’t busy at the moment, all staff members were more than happy to help work on my car to get me out even faster than I was expecting. She was extremely knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer all questions that I had about my car even the ones that did not pertain to the service that I was receiving that day.
