Horrible from the minute I pulled up. I should’ve drove away but I was waiting for my son to leave school. So I sat there for 5-10 minutes and no one was in the main section. I drove over the bell a few times but still nothing. So I had to call and the person that picked up must’ve not been at the store bc they said I will call the store and see why no one is there. He put me on hold and when he came back he said they’re coming (what!?!). He offered to send me a coupon but literally sent me the same text I got from the email I got but with a LOWER % off. SMH. The oil change is way overpriced. They finished the oil change and my son was waiting outside on the curb. I told the two employees that he was there and that I was going to tell him to come in. They said ok. As he was walking in, another worker who was standing around talking to a girl the whole time yelled at him and scared my son. I asked the guy his name and was just told he’s the manager (I forget his name). He’s lucky I was tired and just wanted to go home because someone needs to teach him common decency and I’m not sure if he was trying to impress the female by yelling at my son. I should’ve checked him right then but I’m going to write reviews on every site for this location! I will never go back to the Bound brook valvoline and I will make sure everyone knows how trash the service is there. DO BETTER OR FIND A BETTER MANAGER AND STAFF!
